    Wai-Kawa re-interprets Tonic Water by substituting organic Horopito for Quinine.We precisely blend two separate Horopito extractions to create our Tonic Water. The absolutely unique flavour - is a floral bitters with an aromatic note. We use 30% less sugar then standard Tonic Water - creating a drink that is light and effervescent.
